We sometimes offer unpaid internships for students interested in our work. When available, these will be listed on this page.
Past Internship Example:
The Virginia Coalition of Latino Organizations (VACOLAO) and the Legal Aid Justice Center’s Immigrant Advocacy Program (LAJC) sponsored a summer advocacy and organizing internship to work in northern Virginia at LAJC’s Falls Church office. The individuals worked with the Chair of VACOLAO in support of organizing and advocacy efforts. They worked on a host of immigration rights related projects including the implementation of a recent Virginia Attorney General DACA decision and helped organize our Virginia Immigrant Advocates Summit.
